No sure if this is the place to post.. I bought a Delta GC from delta.com and now when I tried using it they are telling me it has been used for ticket that I never booked. Anything I can do to get my money back? I don't think I can  dispute the charge since amex gave me credit for it.
How could this happen?  Who would know your GC #? Are they willing to help you trace who the ticket was for?

No idea, you would thing these GC are secure. When I asked for info all they said was that it was a flight from SLC-LAS and gave me the persons name. When I pushed for more they said I need to call the fraud department.

Hi- I booked paid tickets on BA for next month on the promotion that was posted a while back. Something came up at work and looks like I may not be able to make it- what's the best I can hope for? Will they allow me to change tickets? I just want to know what to expect before I call. TIA

Just call. It all depends on the fare basis you booked. Changes may be allowed with a penalty, or not allowed at all. Same for refunds.

I'm trying to book a ticket for a child that will be turning two in middle of the trip.. do I need to book a one-way return ticket?
The airline agent is saying I don't need to, but the manager is refusing to let the payment go through..

If one of you has the carriage, and the other parent went ahead (or is bringing up the rear) with the child, it would probably work.
Even if the other parent never materializes with the child.
But perhaps you should try calling the airline for the actual rules. Or look in their fine print.  Which airline?
