Tnx claim opened
Next is:
then AA.com/PPQ to file claim.
This doesn’t have the same time constraints as creating the claim.

Word of advice, submit the claim via email. You’ll get an auto response so you know they got everything. Takes 2-3 weeks for a response.

I’d also call Amex (maybe before you file the claim) and let them know what happened, and confirm if / that you should first deal with AA or go straight through them.

For my incident, I just dealt with AA and have so far been extremely happy with the outcome (just waiting for the check to arrive).

What's the idea of filling another claim online?
The rep i spoke was very nice I got 1 confirmation email regarding the claim was opened then she send me another one where I should reply to her with a receipt and she said it will take 2 3 days she should get back to me with a answer of what amount that are giving.

Also I had terrible experience about getting a ticket for my infant even I called in before to add it so I missed my original flight plus on the return I needed to go over the whole process again she advised me to write an email to customer relations what compensation should I ask for?

So I guess the process is a bit different since my claim was created in the airport. The thing she sent you is likely to file the claim.

You booked through Amex Travel, any changes or cancellations need to go through them. They will check the fare rules and let you know if cancellation is allowed and if there are any waivers, if yes, they'll tell you where to send the paperwork and deal with United for you.

AA sending me reimbursement check for damaged Doona  :)
Is it still useable?
Yes, they just cracked off the brake pedal, so now I have to bend down to push it in, instead of being able to step on it.

they are sending you a check for the entire amount?
Yup, got the check on Friday (full amount that was on receipt).

Thanks got an email today that my check is in the mail.

Awesome experience AA
Nice!

Is there a way I can force a BE fare? A flight I see on matrix, but UA isn't showing availability.

How much of a issue is it to say a 3 year old is under 2 on a domestic flight- Will they let it fly (with a pun)?

Southwest, no. They will ask for ID proving under 2.

Other airlines it's been done, depends if the kid looks like they can still be that age.
But the kid can likely be asked how old they are.. Good luck trying to get a 3 year old to lie that they are still not even 2.

Lol, don't be surprised if he says he's 4 or 5 years old.

I had a ticket to fly to Eretz Yisreal for Rosh Hashuna, i missed the flight so Delta gaved me a voucher for that amount that voucherexpires march 1st.

Now I want to book a new ticket for next Rosh Hashuna with that credit, they don't want because its after the expiration date.

any idea what i can do?
