Can I send 2 children who are 14 years old on a plane from YYZ to New York City by themselves?

Depends on the airline.  Each has a different minimum age that they allow to travel 'unaccompanied'.
BUT if the ticket goes through with the birthday filled in, does that mean the airline allows it?

I flew on OS from VIE to VCE last week with the family, but decided not to use the non-refundable return because of a change of plans.

I asked OS to refund me the airport taxes but they answered that "this option is not offered here".

Are they allowed not to refund the airport taxes for unused tickets? Thx

Besides for the terrible service, is there anything to worry about with flying Ukrainian NYC to TLV?

Flying Ewr to TLV with Elal.  Assigned seat is a middle one.  What are my options/chances to change at counter?

Is it allowed to us a foot rest while in an exit row, UA to TLV, after takeoff and before landing? They sell inflatables.

Just to follow up, I used it and no one had any problem with it. Added a measure of comfort in Y.

LX TLV-ZRH-JFK with overnight 17 hour stopover, will the luggage get transfered or do you need to pick it up in ZRH?

I believe I saw on their website that you can check in as early as 23 hours before in the airport, so I assume that it will transfer.
