Just to let everyone know, this wasn't some type of scam he was pulling. He chatted w me and answered some questions via whatsapp, then to explain in more depth, he called me.. Nicest thing anyone here on dansdeals has ever done...There are some genuine good people around here

If I booking separate itineraries and needing to check in bags how much time should I give myself between a Southwest flight and a Alaska Airlines flight in Boston Logan.

I have been a JetBlue Mosaic member for quite some time now and truly love the benefits.

I recently status matched to Delta silver.

I have some newbie questions that I'd rather discuss offline since they are really basic questions and no need to involve everyone here.

Can someone with Delta status experience please PM me, so I can discuss my questions and get a better understanding of what I need to do extend the challenge, and fully take advantage of the status benefits on my next flight.

1. What is the safest way to meet the challenge besides flying?

2. Will booking a family flight with 8 passengers on my delta card, help in any way to meet the challenge or is it only my personal tickets.

3. I will be booking a few flights during the challenge but actually flying after the challenge ends..

A. Will any of those flights count toward the challenge or only flights flown?

B. What benefits can I apply to these tickets that will stick and be useful after my status ends.

4. Am I wasting my time getting silver or is it worth the hassle? I already get the free bags with the Amex card, are upgrades easy to get using silver status or difficult?

Sorry for the interruption. If anyone can advise me offline (DM or Whatsapp) I would appreciate it.

1. You need to fly thats the point of the challenge.

3. A only flights flown B. other then econ plus which I don't know if you get with silver, benefits go after status at time of travel.

4.i think so, and to clarify you're not getting free bags with amex you're using your yearly travel allowance on bags, which can be used/sold elsewhere
