You can bring a personal bag, I don’t remember the exact size it’s aloud to be.
If you have status or a CC you can bring a regular carry on.

If you have status or a United CC, you can also check one bag, no?

Repost:

I want to buy a flight for Pesach to Spain...months away. Prices are fluctuating...I don't know when to buy.

How do you guys determine (obviously you can't predict special fare deals or fuel drops) when is a good time to buy.

In my case, there are three set nonstop routes, any way to track or see data from previous years for when prices moved?

Thanks

Mods am I asking this question on the right thread?

Are airlines allowed to charge a ($15) "service fee" when canceling a ticket within 24 hours?

Sounds like you are dealing with a fly by the night OTA.

I'm dealing with Ukraine Intl, they say there's a $5 service charge included in the ticket that's not refundable even within 24 hours, plus a $10 fee for canceling through their contact center, even though you can't do it online.
In the past I just took the $15 loss, but now I'm thinking I should file with the DoT once and for all.

Can it be canceled online? if not, are they allowed to charge a fee within 24 hours?

It's cheaper on their website.

No. When you book over the phone they charge a phone fee that's it's non-refundable, nothing to do if you can cancel online

But I'm asking if an airline is allowed to charge a fee just for canceling.

It's a fee for booking, not cancelling

Random airline-questions. - split tickets with same airline
« Reply #2372 on: December 02, 2018, 06:19:41 PM »
HI,

Is there a way I can select something not on regular airline sites

Want to fly first with a stopover and on the way back a direct flight.

Want to do this without paying a fortune.

I am looking at 1/19  virgin atlantic EWR to london, stopover for 24 hours,  elal to israel and then a direct flight back  on 1/24 Friday early am.

Cant seem to break the direct el al option and need to take stop over in both directions.

Any idea?

you never earn miles for award redemption.
Unless flights delayed/cancelled and airline rebooks you on a rev fare.

You never earn miles on an award ticket, regardless of which airline operates the flight.
