Looking to buy a one way Air India flight MLE-TLV. Doesn't come up on Expedia (and therefore doesn't come up for booking with CSR). Anything I can do about that?

Another question:

If I book a ticket on the same itinerary but the flights are 36 hours apart a have to recheck my bags but I have 1 extra bag that I paid for will I have to pay a second time for the bag?
