i have a general q about booking cash flights
q being if i am booking a whole bunch of flights back and forth from/to the same airports domestic would there be any way to get it cheper then booking each one oneway (not asking about hidden city)
Depending on airports, it could be cheaper to book round trips, and have a nested round trips inside the other ones.

Here’s an example that I’ve booked for someone.
He had to go NYC-ORF RT twice in 1 month. The price for NYC-ORF RT was $450, but a ORF-NYC RT was only $300 (and no, OW flights were not half the price).

So I booked (sample dates):
Trip A RT:
NYC-ORF 8/1
ORF-NYC 9/1

Trip B RT:
ORF-NYC 8/10
NYC-ORF 8/20

Same for international.
It can be cheaper to fly LON-NYC RT, then NYC-LON RT.
So if you need to go every month from NYC-LON, you book the first NYC-LON with the return being of your last time going, and then have a bunch of LON-NYC RT in middle.

When it comes to TLV it’s almost always cheapest starting in TLV.
I also recall a glitch having a double RT on one ticket for very cheap: TLV-NYC-TLV-NYC-TLV

It's called "back to back" ticketing, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airline_booking_ploys

Is there a way to know which flight crew will be on a specific flight?
If I had a terrible experience last Tuesday from MIA-CLT is it safe to assume that tomorrow will be the same crew?

you can't apply an RPU to a flight past expiration

So to report back on this, (albeit a it delayed) it was a 3 4 3 configuration, and the premium plus class was still being rolled out on this route, so the layout wasn't all that accurate on the seat map, it only updated properly the day of departure. (and I snagged a premium plus seat complimentary because there was no distinction yet at the time, it still showed up on the seat map as E+.)

Quick question: flight is from JFK to BOS to TLV first leg is B6 and second leg is LY, does B6 checkin the luggage all the way to TLV or do we have to recheck it in in BOS?
