Had a JFK- TLV Flight for Pesach with LOT for 5 tickets(obvs with stopover). Booked through ultimate rewards using 245k points plus $300 and change
Flight was cancelled. Seems like LOT is offering full refund for those who booked direct (my in laws for example) but Chase is telling me its $200 per ticket to get refund. Spoke to 2 managers so far who claim its LOT policy- and not chase.
I can dispute cc charge but that wont help me get points back. Any advise?

I'm in the same boat, but I haven't contacted LOT or Chase yet. Keep us posted.

Dont think contacting LOT will help me much
I am not worried about the $300 charge on cc- Worried about 245k ultimate reward points

Booked on a flight tonight AA using UR pints. AA changed the time by 14 hours. Chase is refusing to refund points instead offering AA credit as per AA policy. Is DOT my only recourse? Do I cancel the flight first? TIA

Any idea of numbers? Meaning percentage off? Or x amount off per a group of 10.
Depends on group capacity. Can vary widely on the same airline, depending on load factor, region, season etc

Points?
“Refund request received”.  The rep said the same way I paid - which was UR points.

Chase sent me an email on 4/2 saying they had issued an airline credit for my flight. They went on to say, "All the details of your airline credit, such as traveler name, amount, and expiration date, will be emailed to you in a confirmation email that you will receive soon." I haven't received the follow up email. Has anyone in a similar situation received one?

Got the follow up email an hour after I posted this. I think I now have enough information to dive in and try to change the credit to a refund.

I also got a follow up email today. The amounts on the voucher don’t make sense. They put the same amount for adults and lap infants. Also, Chase told me I would get a full refund, but I can’t figure out how to check if I actually got it because the chase  website only shows 3 months of points activity and I booked the ticket in November.

Wouldn't it show up as new activity? Added points marked "refund".

No. When chase refund points, it shows on the original booking date as -0 points.

Does it make sense that Chase refunded all the points for my canceled TAP flight, but the airline still sees the ticket as active?
