Yes. Unless it gets delayed
Id need them to put it on a ORD-JFK flight instead of my EWR flight. Gotcha ok.
If both flights are with the same airline they wouldn't agree to send the bags on a separate flight?

There’s the old joke of the guy checking in to JFK asking the agent if they could send one bag to Paris and the other to Miami. The agent declines saying policy doesn’t allow that, to which he responds, but thats where my bags ended up last time!

Jokes aside, i guess initially they put you with your bombs unless the bags get rerouted. I thought on occasion bags can end up on an earlier flight etc.

So I had booked an El-Al flight for my son's gap year (don't worry, I've sinced rebooked him on Delta), and ELAL canceled it today. Here is the weird part, if I log into their site, they only seemed to have canceled the outgoing leg (i.e. NYC-TLV) and not the return flight - can they do that?

United Airlines:

Flying EWR-TLV on a group flight.
Flying CLE-EWR on my own ticket.

Is there any way to combine the two flights so that I get a free checked luggage on the domestic leg? Travel agent I am using was pretty sure that it could not be done.

Can it be done? And how?

I want to buy a ticket for 1 RT EWR-FLL united for tomorrow.  I supposes there's no grace period and a basic ticket is really non-refundable. (although I'm a united cc  holder)

Real Q:  to return PBI - EWR on Thursday (in 3 days)
If I book it today, is it refundable for 24 hours?  for covid or other health reasons can it be refunded until 24 hours before the flight? closer to the flight?

United Basic economy
All seats are grey except 1 aisle and 2 middle seats.  If I pick my own seat I'd have to pay.
To get a better seat, do I check in early or late?
Flight tomorrow morning.
Check in now, or before I leave the house tomorrow?

If flying with Avios to Dublin, and then onward with a separate paid ticket, both on Aer Lingus, can I check the luggage through to the final destination?
And does it matter that the second leg is basic economy?

For the second leg BA wants 6,500 Avios and $62 in taxes. A paid ticket is only $54.

So, no more domestic United basic economy?

Can't seem to find anything on lots of routes.
Make stuff happen.
