Hope to leave to Israel next week. Just booked. Any ideas on best way to get Covid test in USA and also in Israel when returning? I have heard they have services that will sell/send a kit and then have a service monitor the test over zoom etc and then email a certified test result that every airline accepts.
I also heard there's a similar service in Israel but we don't know anyone who has used these with AA, just UA. we are flying American both ways

eMed.com. I've used on AA exTLV.

Going to TLV there is some language in the rules that sounds like it isn't valid but in practice people have reported using them.

I booked a mileage ticket, prepaid for bags on UA. When I did online check-in, I upgraded to J. Will I automatically get my prepaid bag charge refunded or I need to chase them?

Not so likely since it’s weather related. You can try calling, but have the specific flight numbers you’d like to be rebooked on, and make sure they’re available for purchase.
