Took a look at the  market, and they will be difficult to get. Must be a combination of cavs current streak, the promotional giveaway, and Sunday afternoon game, but there's much less availability than usual at this point in time. I'll see what I can do but I don't think they'll tank last minute as they usually do.

Yes. Those seats typically go for $10-$20 last minute. I've gotten for $100 lower level sideline within 10 rows of court for decent games. All depends on ticket supply, which isn't that high for 2 days before game.
