Shabbos and everything else is usually 1/2 hour later in Cleveland than in NY... Candle lighting next Fri is around 4:55... Usually takes about 25 min from airport... Any more info ask LOR...

If it lands in CLE at 1:45 you should be fine. If you get stuck on the tarmac or any other of a hundred reasons flights get delayed in the winter time out of NYC (if that's where you're coming from) than you won't be fine...

Ideally you demand to get off the plane in NYC.  Much easier now thanks to DoT tarmac delay fines.
Though there was a story once posted on DDF about shabbos in the airport.

I wouldn't do it. It can potentially be enough time but.....

I'd do it if it were to/from anywhere besides NYC.

I've done and ORD and MCI closer than that within the past year.  Even done HNL closer than that.
Almost came to doing NRT too close for comfort but that turned into a long story I've told over at some DOs.

My main factor is if there's enough time to get off the plane in case of tarmac delay that will cause a problem on the other end.  But with NYC flights are just delayed so frequently that it's not worth the gamble.

I'm gonna be there...I'm taking the flight leaving lga @ noon and arriving 1:44pm in cle.
Considering my last minute trip to uman for rh, this ones a joke.

its an hour+45 min flight. If it gets too close, we'll get off the plane. Like Samkey said, stay in queens.

if there was one before rh, I wouldn't of made it. I barely made uman for rh by an hour. Lol. Long story. I met ddfers in uman but not official Do
