You can but many diferrent gift cards in a supermarket using your Chase Freedom and get 5% off.

It was a promotion where you could get a lowes GC @ 10% off, and an Amazon GC @ Lowes (minimum $500)...

Edit: Still going on @ Lowes, until March 14th. Gotta wait until March 18th to get the extra 10%.

I'm not sure, I couldn't find Amazon GCs on their website. Maybe try calling a local store?
