Was wondering if we could stop this "driving meshuluchim for 50% business"(these guys give a huge percentage of their collections to drivers just for taking them to a rich guys door!) by renting phones with all addresses of Givirim plus Gps so that they could get there them selves. Also they will be able to accept cc payment(square). Also it will list all shuls, places to eat etc. The next step would be an app that can schedule appointments without calling the Givir a million times(each meshuluch would need to be pre-approved). It would need strong rabbinic support to take care of the internet issue(for israeli's these toys are really dangerous.) Whadya think?

Why not go a step further and create a central tzedaka institute that will collect all the money donors want to give and split it between all the meshulachim?

OK I can't answer ShlockDoc's question but for me, no I wasn't serious. I just found it weird that OP seemed to get all indignant about the high commission the drivers take and then proposes his own way of making money off Meshulachim...
