I called Macy's, rep told me the items are coming from 3 local stores and one cancelled an item which mistakenly cancelled everything.
He was reordering it for me with free express shipping and just before he finished we got disconnected.

Another point, free shipping is for over $99 which caused me to add another item, once the order is processed you can remove an item which will bring the total under $99 and will not add shipping.
