Buying an apartment in Israel
« on: May 04, 2015, 12:46:55 PM »
Anyone here have experience with this? Looking for information on actually used mortgage brokers/lawyers and just first hand experience going through this process.

Major plus if anyone bought in RBS Gimmel recently.

Only way to go. He and his group are honest and work for you, not the developers. He will advise which developments to stay away from and which you can trust. Heard it from someone who recently used him.
Fair warning - Any PMs sent in response to forum posts are fair game for ridicule in public.

Agreed, I've done business with him in the past 6 years.

he is good- but if sometimes its cheaper not to use a agent. He helped someone i now, and then negotiated the amount he takes from the buyer off the overall price of the apartment. I guess if he does that, its well worth it. He is a one stop shop also, has his own agents and lawyers. But not necessarily the cheapest.
