applying for capital one with frozen CR

anyone try to apply for C**P one and freeze lets say EX and EQ and force them to pull TU only?

Havent tried that, but just curious, what card(s) would you be looking to get from them? I have a few of their cards from my days of bad credit. They were the only one to extend credit.
