Where to find up to date info on point values

I did a search but couldn't find anything. Feel free to link any threads if there are.

Where would I be able to find out the current value of points in order to see if it's worth using points or cash.
Specifically looking for Starwood or UR point values.

Per Forum rules I know that we can't discuss buying and selling points. So I thought you meant what is the value if you would sell it back to chase?

Yep. My question was purely theoretical. Not looking to buy or sell. Thanks for the link tho. It's definitely a good place to start.
