A few questions for those with experience using these:

What type of room does the voucher cover? Is it the most basic run of house room or can it be applied toward upgraded rooms? Can you combine a voucher and cash to upgrade?

What's the process for booking if your name is not the one on the voucher? Is it problematic or pretty much smooth sailing?

Basic room (in Herzliya - it's the Superior, Guest room, 1 King, Sea view.) No.
Add 2nd guest. Depends on location.
