You're comparing DL to CX?
If you will allow me, I will say that CX J is not that much better than DL J. Especially on the 747. However, this is not the point, the point is that while DL J stand at 8/10 LY stands at 4/10 still, people choose LY. Now even CX is 9/10, you think that one point will make the difference??  The point is that
