unfortunately, no. It's pretty pathetic the basic things you can't do online but Delta isn't currently offering an alternative other than to wait hours on hold

I need to cancel a delta ticket booked through Amex travel (biz platinum). Flight is tomorrow, cancellation is for a medical reason.
Amex says they reached out to delta and they wouldn’t refund even with a doctors note.

Any way I can receive a full refund?

I would advise you to file a claim with AMEX travel insurance department. I think you would have a good chance of receiving coverage if this is for a documented medical reason.

thanks, but the issue is that it’s not my ticket, it’s booked for someone else.
According to the terms it only covers an eligible traveler which must be a family member.

yes it goes at time of check in to determine whether you get free bags or not

I know this has been asked and answered many times but if I book with points on the account that my card is connected to but I am not on the reservation do they still get free bags?

incorrect the SkyMiles account linked to The traveler needs to be linked to a credit card otherwise you will not get free bag unless on the same reservation that somebody with a credit card

So because this was a point booking there's no credit card in play?

never has anything to do with how its paid it goes by if passenger is a cardholder at time of check in
