It should be 10% but it could be either that’s the cheshbon of what they actually price as the cost of the airfare as opposed to all the other charges that are included in the ticket or it could be a mistake in which case you got lucky, or as happened to me once, they only charged you taxes but not airfare and this your ticket isn’t paid for yet and they won’t let you fly. So you should check online and make sure that your baby is fully ticketed.

In my experience, especially if the reservations are linked - yes. Not sure if it’s an official rule

Looking to buy tickets TLV and it's cheaper to buy roundtrip than one way but IDK the return date yet....

sure. You'll still have to pay any fare difference but no change fees.
You don't need a refundable ticket. Any ticket MC or higher. Just not BE

If the return flight price is 1k, I can change for any other flight that’s 1k (doesn’t matter that total round trip was 1.2k?)

I don't think basic economy can be changed at all.
