Remember gate closes 15 minutes prior to departure
Although anything can happen it's unlikely they would close out a flight early with 7 checked in passengers unboarded
Additionally how do they know they were not called? I. Many airports you only hear them for a few gate areas around

Yes missed by 1 min. They got held up slightly by security and did not realize that the walk to the gate with their kids would take 15min. 

About being called, it could be they were but we're too far to hear.

Have a flight on JB to SEA and then a flight the next morning on DL, am I allowed to check in the bags that night when landing in SEA even though my flight is not until the next day?

Is there any way around this that a Delta eCredits can be changed the name ? System shows cannot change name, but original passenger will not use it and it's a value of $700 any ideas?

they claim on phone that its only meant for the person who was orig booked on the ticket. shame before the new year they were just refunding back to orig card.

Wondering what the velt thinks,

Booked a ticket for 3 people, when i searched for the 3 people, it said upgrade availablity (with regional certificate) by the flight i booked. When i asked delta to upgrade, they said there is only 1. I researched the flight for 3 and sent them a screenshot showing how it says when I search a flight for 3 it says there is upgrade availability in live time, they said there is availablity but only for 1. I think this is really messed up marketing by delta, and it is flat out lying. If there is not 3 seats that can be upgraded, then it should not say there is upgrade availablity when searching for 3 people.

Am I right or am I missing something?

If their is any upgrade availability the flag shows even if it isn't relevant to you

They also did it something  similar to me recently with a companion upgrade on a linked reservation

I just think that this is straight out lying, and totally not right. But delta thinks its totally ok
