Was bumped down from a comp upgrade this morning (D1 757). Lost my comfort+ seat. Agent says I'll do you one better. Row 35 with an empty middle on an otherwise full flight.
Designated crew rest seats. Who knew these seats existed!

How do you get bumped down?

Have a flight booked from JFK to TLV. Flight is in two weeks. Just saw the cost of the ticket went down by $300. I booked through capital one travel. Best options?

Unless it’s Basic Economy, you should be able to change for free and get a credit for the difference. You’d need to call capital one to do that which may be a pain.

Canceled a Delta flight that was booked with Capital One. It was a $1,600 flight and they told me that I would be getting a travel credit for $1,600 to use with Delta only and for myself only.

I just went back to book the same exact flight for $1,000 and they are saying that the travel credit can’t be used for multiple flights. If I book the flight for $1,000 I lose the rest of the credit.

Anyone have any experience with Capital One Travel?

When you cancelled you got a delta credit that you see on delta.com or a capital one credit that you see on the travel site?

It was on Capital One site and not even under Credits. It was under my Past Trips, I had to click on the old flight and from there was a link to use the credit from there.

I would see if maybe there is on delta too, if not I would call capital one and complain. Maybe they will refund

There is no best way, it depends on the route. (can sometimes be Virgin Atlantic and sometimes Flying Blue)

go on Virgin Atlantic website and check for your dates, you don’t need an account, and check flying blue by going to Air France or klm website and making an account

Both are exactly the same website. (there can sometimes be a small difference in the surcharge).

Hi,

I am flying JFK-TLV in May - last time I flew to TLV, I flew Elal Premium and was pleased with the service, seats, and meals.
I'm considering Delta Premium this time and wondering if I should expect the same or better/worse.

Thanks!

In my opinion elal has a slightly better premium but both are good compared to economy

Funny, came to this thread for the exact same question. I see Elal Premium is $200 more than Delta and trying to ascertain which one is better.
