I sent them your secure message, and was told I'd get the 25k, then I got a letter saying I need to choose between the 25k and the 20k + $50.
Did you get a similar letter?
And i got this response when i did it for my husband:
I regret to advise I was unable to locate a valid offer
for 50,000 miles on either Continental or the Chase
website's and the web link provided is not valid. If you
have recently been targeted to receive a new offer for
50,000 miles, please send us a copy of the email received
or invitation number for review and once confirmed I would
be happy to make any necessary account adjustments
