this looks like  a biz card, no?

Sorry. I guess they have both although I never saw a mention of it here (probably because if you're going for a business card the ink cards are better).

K I need help here. Was targeted for the 60k after receieving the 50k a few months back..

1) Is there a risk to opening up a new FF account with CO? Will they penalize me for having two?
2) If I have miles sitting in my account now. Should I first transfer them over to UA before opening a new CO account?
3) Is it best to just apply for the 30k link and put in my current OnePass number and SM with invitation number?
4) Has anyone had success in getting the bonus 2x? If yes which method was used (I didn't see anything in the forums)

There is no "60K" offer, it's just 50K and 10K spending incentive.

If you've gotten the bonus previously on the Continental account you won't get it again, regardless of the fact that you are targeted.  You'll need to open a new account and go through the 30K/SM route.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

i posted this on another thread, but i wonder if someone here can help:
My husband just got this targeted postcard in the mail  yesterday, but I just opened up a chase sapphire card for him on Friday (5 days ago; card has not yet arrived).  I am looking for advice: should I try to open up the continental card for him online and risk his being rejected? Should I call chase and ask them to close the sapphire and open this? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Sapphire or Sapphire Preferred? Depends, bec Sapphire Preferred 50k UR = 50K CO if you transfer it

So do I risk having both accounts closed on me and losing my miles?

this card awards 50k for first purchase, so it's better for me than sapphire preferred.

I tried applying with my husband's invitation code and it wouldn't go through.  It said I should call the phone number included with the correspondence, but no phone number was included.  Does anyone have a phone number for the CO One Pass Plus number?

The reg 30k offer with a sm to 50k is a better offer. If you want to match this offer to 50k they will take back the $50 anyway.

Definitely use a new Onepass number if you want to get the bonus. (As of now the link for the CO card is still active).

Just got the following in response to my SM:

Quote
Dear Moishebatchy,

Thank you for your inquiry. With the continual changes and
promotional offers for many credit card products we at
Chase will always consider allowing the newest promotion
to be applied to any qualified accounts that were opened
within the previous 90 days of the offer.

In reviewing the open date on the account, I regret to
advise that the account is not qualified to participate
any new enrollment promotions. Our records show you
received 30,000 enrollment miles on the August 2011
billing statement.

Although we appreciate your loyalty over the last several
months, we ask that you trust that this decision is the
same for all members whose accounts do not fall within
this designated time frame. We feel that adhering to the
same policy for all members outside of this designated
time frame is the best way to remain fair and consistent.

We do thank you for your time in contacting us and thank
you for making Chase your credit card of choice. If you
have any further questions, please reply using the Secure
Message Center or by calling the number on the back of the
card.

If you have any further questions, please reply using the
Secure Message Center.

Thank you,

Shirley Mockler
E-mail Customer Service Representative

How do I proceed now?

They only match within 2 or 3 months, you're too late.

Funny, they just matched my wife's account... both accounts were opened around the same time, and now both SMs were sent around the same amount of time later. Luck of the draw?

a few people I know who applied for the OnePass Plus cc, got an actual card looking nothing like the picture advertised (dark blue with silver mastercard logo and no numbers on the front) instead they got a regular looking card which looks exactly like the debit card but had a different background colour, the number were embossed as well as the name and it had a colour mastercard logo.

what is the difference, why didn't they get the dark blue look as advertised?

is this something to do with plus or not? or the benefits being different? or mc world vs mc plat?
