Quickbooks Plus- Can i have 2 companies under 1 account?
No.

Only with desktop versions you can create as many companies as you wish.

One way you may be able to get it for cheaper, and with one login...

(Note that I have not tested this out)

Sign up for a free QB proadvisor account as an accountant. Then you can add "clients". They would subscribe through you at half the cost..

And as the accountant you can then log into their books using your login...

Anyone have additional thoughts on this...

Doesn't ProAdvisor have a monthly fee? Or are there different versions?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

I believe there are three levels

Free and two others.

I want to use QB online, but fwiu there is no way to upload a file with JE.
I've heard that there is a solution to download
QB trial version on a desktop, leave it unregistered, and link it to qB online to upload JE.

Anyone with experience with this, or at least can tell me if this even makes sense?

Ok, its definitely a thing per this - If you need a QuickBooks Desktop trial to export or import into QuickBooks Online, you can download it here.

But I cant find anywhere basic instructions on how to set this up. Everything I google seems to be about importing all of existing company data into online from desktops. Not about a new file online and using a trial do import Journal entries going forward.

Excuse me not posting in the QB thread.. I might repost this there

Y'all are no help at all.

Anyway, there are plenty of third party apps that do this fine.. a couple of bucks a month will have to be booked to software expense.

One company per subscription.
Vs desktop, one can create many company files.

I haven't seen the online version in a while but IIRC you you don't have a ability to have multiple windows open at once and quickly jump between them.

-1

Multiple tabs work just fine.

Although if changes were made to one, you may need to click F5 (Refresh) on the other.

IME data entry is much faster on desktop

One benefit of online is portability if you often need to access remotely you don't need Quickbooks installed (this can easily be solved by logging in to your computer by teamviewer etc. and use Quickbooks)
Jews ≠ Zionists
Palestinians ≠ Hamas
Satmar ≠ SatmarHQ

No.
Desktop may cost, but online does not.
Looking for a few to take it together.

Does anyone know if QB online can somehow automatically pull bank transactions from Santander Iris??

Per the below link, it is "compatible", but as far as I can tell, it only updates the balance automatically, but is not pulling any transactions.
Is there a setting somewhere?
