Lol, thought of it, but I'm not looking to anger that neighbor. If he's capable of making such noise at such hours, who knows what else I may be in for if I start up with him. He goes around all over the place (feeding cats, of course) and he'll notice it immediately.

So I have tush neighbors who are blasting music now (3 am) in crown heights and my whole family is up! We tried:

1. 311 complaint/ called police * 4
2. asking them politely.
3. screaming out my lungs.
4. spraying water with my hose on them.
5. I bought stink bombs for next time

They are still going strong. My wife suggest we spray pepper spray in their back yard- would that even help?

Any ideas would to combat this abuse would be helpful.

How close are you? Buy a cellphone jammer, and tell them it goes on when the music goes on. In this day and age that can be quite a threat.

We ended up having it out the old fashion way. At 4 am we threw eggs and water and they threw over a couple beer bottles. Though not ideal they turned off the music instantly. I will continue to investigate more options to arm myself incase I am faced with such terrorists again.

The wifi jammer is not such a great plan practically because everyone has 4g from their provider- though it is the kind of out of the box thinking I will need to apply to figure this out.

I am a peaceful person by nature and am tolerant to a neighbor having a party even with load music. But when they do not stop at 2, 3,4 am!! that is a level of disrespect and inhumane behavior that is unacceptable to me. As appose to my neighbors- who without a doubt were affected and chose not to engage- we will not let people terrorize us like that- even if its just one night. What would you have done?
