You should message them online and ask when you will recieve youre bonus and theyll tell you if you fulfilled the requirement or not. Thats what i did.

I called them up once (always a nightmare) and when i finally got through to a human she said that it usually took the full ninety days to post (obviously false, but shows that it can take a while).

Weird coincidence: the night this thread was brought up, I randomly checked keybank account and bonus posted. (DD 7/22, bonus posted 9/08 ).

Data point: opened m&t bank account last Friday, did DD this Wednesday, posted today, $200 bonus was there when I checked tonight.

They confirmed that I completed all the requirements, but sent me this email
"I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you but there has been an unexpected delay in our research into promotions. We are working as diligently as possible. Please allow us up to 10 business days to come to a resolution in this matter. "

Just checked my account and I got the bonus. Although my wife still hasn't received hers.

For anybody that has been having issues getting the promo, I have gotten them via email to waive the $18 monthly fee until I get the bonus money.
I claimed that I was relying on that $ to pay the fees, and being past 90 days I should have had it already.
