I had the same problem. I chatted with a rep who gave me her email address and told me to open an account over the phone (you can't add the code over the phone), and to email her my account info once I get it, she then added the code in for me.

BUMP. This is what shows up, in regards to my pay pal withdrawal on key bank "CHECKING ACCOUNT DEPOSIT DEP". Does that mean it's counting as a DD ?

Deposit from both just in case.

Here's how you send money from Bluebird: Settings > Link Bank Account & Debit Card. Enter the Key Bank routing number and Key Bank checking account number. Once the account is linked, log back in to Bluebird, click Settings > Withdraw Funds, then press Transfer to Bank. Serve may work very similarly.

Transfer from Citibank worked for me.

With their rewards program, you get 1 point for every $6 spent with your debit card. 12500 points can be redeemed for $25 cash back. This rate is quite miniscule; if you spend $75,000, you get $25. What can you suggest as a way to MS and spent huge amounts on the cheap? Bluebird/Serve/Redcard limits should not be squandered on this. What about Square Cash? Walmart bill pay? What else?

Not that I think anyone else here actually joined their rewards program, but I'll mention it anyway: When I used Key Bank debit card to pay a Citi credit card bill, I did not earn any points. When I used the debit card to load Bluebird online, I did earn points.
