I once worked at a place where there was a developmentally delayed adult (what they used to call trainably retarded) who worked at the loading dock. The poor kid (I call him a kid but he was probably 30) used to make noises and say weird things that he thought were funny. The other guys at the loading dock there were a bunch of very rough and nasty guys, biker types and some ex-cons. They all found this kid's antics quite annoying but I guess in order to sort of "control" the weirdness they actually fed into it. They would make requests and put him up to mischief although they didn't even really enjoy it. It was strange to watch.
I don't get it.

That's RIGHT! I forgot.

But this was a parable, not a joke. I guess the same rule applies though. Story of my life.
