NYC-TLV charter flights

i was checking flight inventory on NYC(US)-TLV rout lately and it looks like airlines are almost sold out on every flight from/to TLV so why there isn't any charter flight or other airline competing on this rout as of now there is 8 direct flights from USA-TLV   UA x2 per day DL 1 per day US 1 per day LY 3 per day from NYC and 1 from LAX i'm not a TA or in the airline biz so could be this is a Noob Q

nice article keep in mind that the type of flight they picked for the brake-down costs is different then USA-TLV because its a
A) domestic flight   
B)average of 100 passenger
C)average price $146 per person
USA-TLV flights numbers have much more margin to play with because average ticket to Israel on direct flight is $1000/1200 minimum and average of 300 passengers per flight so most likely there is more margin.  here is brake-down of max seats for some aircraft/airlines 
B777 LY-UA-DL 279/267/291 passengers 
B747 LY 405 passengers
A330 USAIR 252  passengers

I was on LY TLV-JFK last week & 20% was empty. Had 3 seats for myself. Slept better than LY business (which doesn't say much).

Chartering a flight would be a TON more expensive then just buying regular tickets.

The way the airlines usually make money off these flights are by the cargo
