Website Recovery

My wife has an e-commerce website that uses Zencart as the backend.  She was using an old version which needed to be updated. Instead of changing the files individually, we updated all the files. This effectively erased the entire website.

Is there a way to recovery the website? We have not manually backed it up.

Call the hosting company, they very often can roll back changes...do it quick though

If you're their techy friend, your job is to store backups of all their files, fix every unidentified error, and remember where they saved everything and what [obscure] filename they chose.

+1 whenever someone plugs their phone into my computer I automatically open itunes and do a backup just in case, saved a ton of my friends data
