Is adding 5 AU's on a brand new platinum account asking for trouble (FR and the likes)? Or is it standard procedure to add 5 at a time?

Added 5 AU and nothing showed up yet . Did you guys ask for cards to be expedited ? . Had AF on main card balance showing when adding AUs. Have Biz Gold also

Bump.

They will only expedite if you give them SS# and DOB. Otherwise 7-10 business days. I got one bonus but others didnt show up. They said it can take 6-8 weeks until bonus posts.

I ordered my AU with the primary and I got all cards on the same day wthout DOB or SS.

I added 5 AU, the points posted before I got the cards. Called as soon as they posted and cancelled the cards that I didn't get yet.

How many days after adding did they post , and or show online ? Did you have a balance due on the account when you added AUs
