Doing business on shabbos

Suppose I work with offices in Europe and Asia.

And suppose it is shabbos there.

Can I call and email with people there now? How does that work?

Shabbos is determined by your location, not by the location in which you're causing something to happen. That being said, if you're causing other (not frum) Jews to do melacha on what's shabbos for them, that could be לפני עור.

"אע"פ שמותר לשלוח במוצאי שבת פקס לחו"ל אפילו שעדיין שם שבת וכן ביו"ט שני של גלויות (שבארץ ישראל הוא אסרו חג) מכל מקום יש להחמיר בכך משום לפני עיור לא תיתן מכשול"
(שבת כהלכה)

I would assume that's regarding sending to a Jew.
