5/24 refers to Chase's practice of not approving new credit cards for anyone who's opened 5 or more credit cards from any bank in the last 24 months.

My wife is 6/24 and was approved for the new Hyatt card today, not sure if she was lucky or they have exceptions depending on certain criteria, with Chase she has 5 open cards, with the newly approved card it is 6 cards, between personal and business.
I was the Best, still the Best, and will always be the Best.
