First year membership ($40) fee waived but you need to pay $10 for registration fee but you get back a $10 driving credit, an BNC cars start at only $4.50 per hour though realistically it'll be like $10 an hour, it's very similar to zipcar.

It's cheaper than car2go but you have to pick it up and park it in their garage, it's the exact same as zip car but cheaper.

On the application it has a place to put referring member coupon. Anyone have one that will help me save more? Also, I googled and there seems to be a better promotion that gives you 25 dollars driving credit in addition to no registration fee (code "LOCAL"). There is also a similar code for the same promotion if your a member of yelp.  Am I missing something?

Nope. When I put it into the app and hit apply code it has the correct description (no fee and 25 credit). So seems to work to me! I'll report back after my app goes through.

If the description on the enterprise car share website changes after the code is applied it probably works, it takes a few days for your account to open because they need to check your driving record, so I'd recommend anybody that's signing up to use the code "local"

I tried signing up on mobile and they told me to pick a list of about six locations

I just got an email saying that if you use the promo code LOCAL don't use the link to the application in the first post because that is a dedicated link for the 10 dollar promotion. Rather just go to their website and use the app there.
