Business CC for new business
« on: May 17, 2015, 11:43:24 PM »
Greetings Everyone,
I am new to the forum, thank you so much for all the info and community.
I am looking to get Business CC possibly from Chase or Amex. Business has not been opened yet but it is current overseas. What I know so far is that for initial Credit, bank will pull my CR. I personally acquired CC as well and still in 6 months period.
My question is, " Does it matter if I am new to CC with fresh and excellent credit? How likely is it that I will get CC for business?
Please recommend any good card that I can get with starter business.

I have AMEX PRG, BSP, ED,
Chase Saphire Preferred,
US Airways
Penfed, all of these have been opened recently.

Thanks for any feedback.

Chase business cards could be harder to get than amex if your credit is new.

I was under the impression that Chase will be harder, but I am not looking for a Charge Card either. Should I look else where besides Chase?

Any reason you don't want to try Amex? Does this business have a tax ID number, or do you plan on using your social with a sole proprietorship?

Amex is definitely easier.

Amex is charge card, I would rather have CC,  since Business CC is not reported to the personal CRA, I can revolve and float some balance.

Chase will be a lot harder, especially since you had cards opened recently. Best bet is with Amex.

you could have 4 amex credit cards at a time, excluding charge cards.

The only bottleneck is that charge card is not a good choice to carry balance.

Maybe wait a little before applying. Season your cards a little.
