Using AA miles + BA miles for non-stop NYC area - TLV

This is my first time posting, so please be a little slow to attack.

I have over 250 AA miles.  I have over 60,000 BA miles.  I want to travel non-stop to Israel with 4 children (hence the non-stop).  Is that possible?  (I could buy additional miles if necessary, which it probably will be).  I want to leave the NY area June 17 for Israel and then leave Israel either late July 4th or early July 5th.

With AA & BA the only direct flight from the U.S. would be US Air flight from PHL. If you use BA Miles you will pay a bundle in fuel charges.

And looking for that many tickets for summer travel without flexible travel dates is going to be tough. Plus you don't have enough points.
