Except CLE-FRA-VCE for example would require 3 awards. Fewer miles to just book with UA at that point.
If you need to go just JFK-FRA for some reason though, great deal.

If they wanna sell more miles, they'd do better to allow mixed-cabin awards than opening LH F.
