Do you just need an account for a one time use?

I have the same question. What rating are you looking for and why?

i am looking to sell a lot (a lot) of items on ebay - not a lot of things i found around the house - high demand high priced items - i know there is a concept of buying ebay accounts, that people raise their scores in order to sell their accounts, and obviously i am looking for the best rating possible - i hope all of you were asking b/c you have great scores to offer  ;)

Maybe you can loan him your account and have a penalty for negative feedback or something..

mancunian -
listen, there are guys in india and pakistan who do this kind of stuff...they sell nonsense (such as paperclips and gmail accounts) on ebay to rack up a decent score.  after a few months the links to the items (ie paperclips) that were sold expire so your customers will have no way of knowing which items the positive feedback was from.  but you'll get an account with 100% positive feedback.
anyways, i'm sure its illegal but who's asking.  go to getafreelancer and put an ad stating what you want and see what kind of response you get.

Unless these people already have accounts ready for "use", OP would have to wait a few months until he could start selling.

when they sell it, its ready for use.  i don't quite get how they transfer the paypal or bank information over without exposing their financial info... but you get the account with the corresponding email address.  i know someone who paid $400 for one and I know someone else who paid $50 for one. (I think the expensive one had a "seller's name" that he needed, and about 500 positive ratings)
