Cell phone rental for Paris

So my wife and I will be going to Paris for a long weekend (4 days) in Mid-February, and we're looking for a cheap international cell phone rental to take with us. We'll need it for a couple of outgoing calls and perhaps a few incoming calls as well. SMS is optional but if it's cheap or free, it's more than welcome.

Any and all recommendations are welcome.

Do you have a GSM world phone?

Unfortunately, AT&T seems to no longer have any SIM phones on the pay as you go side of their website.
Are there any other suggestions?

I will double check, but on their site when I checked the Sim Card option, it showed no phones available on the list.

You'll have to trust me then.
Just make sure you buy a tri or quad band phone as I list them on the main site.
