What's the point? Once its shipped you will get it. And if it hasn't been then there isn't anything to do about it

So i spoke to fedex and they said the package was never handed over to them yet, so in all likelihood its sitting in a lowes warehouse (its been in this status for three days now so I am slowly losing hope) waiting to be processed or possibly cancelled. I am trying to decide if I am better off waiting it out or am I better off calling lowes and hoping for a stupid agent who will go ahead and process my order and have it shipped out? Any ideas guys?

I would wait, it's probably getting cancelled but definitely don't poke the bear.

Calling isn't such a good idea. What happens if you get a not-so-stupid agent ?
