Mixing up. This is about a boy Daniel, who didn't want to help another kid, with the excuse that he din't have the time, then he fell in to a tunnel and needed help, but the birds, bear, old lady that stopped all clocks inthe world - didn't have the time to help him....
a beautiful lesson nicely put together.

I do (vaguely) remember that one, I just didn't remember if it was two different things I was remembering or just one.

I think just about the only thing I remember from this one is the kid saying "Doesn't anybody have the time??"

Any recommendation of a good Chanukah children's albums that comprehensively covers the story of Chanukah? I know there are albums by Rebbe Hill, Rabbi Jurvel, Rabbi Fishal Schachter, and Rebbe Alter, and I'm sure there are others. Any specific one is good?

Again, I'm specifically looking for someone who covers the story. Not just something like Boruch Learns about Chanukah or Chanukah USA.

(Wish there was "The Purim Story" in a Chanukah version...)

Chanukah USA does cover the story. However, there are some inaccuracies.
