ooh I remember that vaguely. I'm pretty sure we had it as a record, not a tape.

Is that thing with Mitzvahstone national park or am I mixing two different things?

I may be wrong but I seem to remember it was Dr. Laz
Mixing up. This is about a boy Daniel, who didn't want to help another kid, with the excuse that he din't have the time, then he fell in to a tunnel and needed help, but the birds, bear, old lady that stopped all clocks inthe world - didn't have the time to help him....
a beautiful lesson nicely put together.

Ok since my sarcasm didn't come through. The song is the song that they play upon entrance to hell.
I once was listening to Mike Francesa, and an old man got on and started screaming at him to get that song off the radio, was hilarious.

Yeah the blind man died too.

I don't think that's the kind of death he meant.
Do you want to play a board game, digitally or in Lakewood NJ? PM me. (Can be asynchronous, i.e. take turns whenever)

Can't believe you're missing the all time classic, still hugely popular:

"It's gonna be the little kinderlach"

;)
Speaking of...

Boruch Levine is including that song on his upcoming English classics album. That song features guest vocalist Joey Newcomb.

When I was a kid there was a tape called, "sorry I just don't have the time".

Anybody know what I'm talking about? The author?

Would love to be able to get it.

Scariest, freakiest tape of all time.

The clocks in England
The clocks in France
The clocks that tell the Scottish people when to dance
...
And yes, to our regret
The clocks in Hickory Dickory Dock will have to stop
The clocks in Hickory Dickory Dock will have to stop?
Yes yes

I do (vaguely) remember that one, I just didn't remember if it was two different things I was remembering or just one.

I think just about the only thing I remember from this one is the kid saying "Doesn't anybody have the time??"

Is this how they plan to name all the songs in the tracklist?

I'm assuming this is just a marketer creating these graphics for social media. The titles will probably be more concise.

How about as a test of whether Doni Gross can make *anything* sound good?

Any recommendation of a good Chanukah children's albums that comprehensively covers the story of Chanukah? I know there are albums by Rebbe Hill, Rabbi Jurvel, Rabbi Fishal Schachter, and Rebbe Alter, and I'm sure there are others. Any specific one is good?

Again, I'm specifically looking for someone who covers the story. Not just something like Boruch Learns about Chanukah or Chanukah USA.

(Wish there was "The Purim Story" in a Chanukah version...)

Rebbee Hill is very in-depth on the story.

Chanukah USA does cover the story. However, there are some inaccuracies.

Indeed. I haven't heard it in years, though I was remembering Purim USA, which is not as in-depth.

However, there are some inaccuracies.
Interesting, thanks for the heads-up.

Yes Purim USA was a rebranding of "Shushan California" after Chanuka USA came out.

I’m pretty sure the answer to that is most definitely. Benny sounds infinitely better ever since he’s started working with Doni.

Could also just be an age and/or experience thing.

Or it could just be that once JJ started helping out, the stress level went down a lot.
