I just listened to The Lost Treasure, courtesy of Shimmy Shtauber (the album won't be in stores until Wednesday, but I sometimes write reviews, so I got special treatment), and I must say that it really beat my expectations. Abie Rotenberg is the main actor, and he's truely amazing. The sound quality is better than any story album that I've ever heard. And the songs were made with real music (not just one-man-band stuff). The style is exactly like that of the Golden Crown, but much more modern. I can't wait to hear feedback from DDF'ers. (sorry guys, but you gotta wait till Wednesday to hear it :-P )

Yikes2179: He told me that it'll be on Google Play, as well as on iTunes, but I don't know if he'll put it there right away, or if he'll be lax as has unfortunatly become the custom in the music industry lately.

Benny Friedman just tweeted (@bennysmusic) that he's in middle of recording a brass section for Volume 4. That tells us that indeed he's working on an album with new songs, and that it probably won't be out for Chanuka (if he's still recording music).

Yanky lemmer's album rozo dshabbos is on spotify and I think the only helfgott album is the one he made with itzchak Perlman.
