How about a SOTD?

https://youtu.be/aVwcWJMzl54

H/T Avi Shlit"a of SSY OBM for the cover
H/T @Baruch for the nickname

When Benny Friedman sings
"Hustle Yossel move a muscle"
Is Yossel referring to anyone or is it just Marcus brothers poetry?

The song is a tribute to his uncle, Rabbi Gordon, who's voice you hear speaking in the song. "Mitoch meretz ubitachon chazak" is a response he received from the Rebbe, and when repeating it, he would often use the phrase, "hustle Yossel, move a muscle."

IIRC, this is the tune used in Lakewood as well. Are you sure it's Chabad?

Not at all. I grew up davenning in a non-chabad shul and they didn't use the tune, so I assumed it was a Chabad thing. Also, the Tzama project is Chabad niggunim.

It's universal. Used in many Israeli yeshivos also.. definitly didn't originate in Lakewood.

A song with a musical charm all its own. It is usually sung without words. But the Chassid Reb Aharon Charitonov, a slaughterer in Nikolayev, Ukraine, one of the famous composers of Chabad melodies, would sing this tune to the words of this poem recited in the Yom Kippur evening prayers.
from the Rogers Park youtube page above.

I'm not sure if they're saying he composed it or just that he put the words to the tune.

Looking around, it seems he did indeed compose it.

Yes.
To the words of Pischu li.

Avraham Fried sang it as Tatenyu (which btw has amazingly beautiful lyrics)
