I have no skin in this game, but I have to say that telegram channel doesn't sit well with me. Maybe I'm just not smart enough but I can't see any justification for doing something like that.

Sharing a mix album is one thing (If I had to guess, I'd say some of the artists are ok with it, some probably not.) but posting every album out there wholesale is on a whole 'nother level.

I have nothing to do with that channel - I run @JewishAlternativeMusic. They merely reposted it.

I'm not particular with copying music, but every song on my playlist - both this years and last - was released as a free single and/or has the artists permission. Shmuely Ungar's Shabbos was supposed to be on it but was left out for that reason. Mach A Bracha is on becuase it was released as a music video.

Re Adama Veshamayim: It seems the Sagol version is the original. They definitely believe in Hashem and are not Avoda zara - their album has a song "Hashem Sefatai Tiftach (see their album on bandcamp https://sagol-music.bandcamp.com/releases)."

TOhen This Wiccan Jewish Gila Antara lady took the song from Hebrew and translated it to English. She called it Gila Antara - Tall Trees. I cant find any earlier version in English online.

Wow. It took some time finding.
The group is Prana. the song is "Tall Trees". The original words: "I feel it in my body, and I feed it to my source." Definitely avoda Zara.

Then Sagol took it and cleaned up the words. The following versions seem to be taken from their version.
