Okay, but who was behind Sick of Racheim/Just One Shaitel? (Wasn't it credited to "Shades of Gray?")
What do you mean? Someone besides Gershon Veroba?

I didn't know anything about who'd made them. Just found this on Google, though:
"From the folks who brought you 'I'm So Sick of Racheim,' this hilarious recording
features vocals by Gershon Veroba, Larry Gates & Martin Davidson (Rechnitzer Rejects)."
Do you want to play a board game, digitally or in Lakewood NJ? PM me. (Can be asynchronous, i.e. take turns whenever)

Is “all I want is a dreidel that will win win win” from The Incredible Dreidel of Feitel Von zeidel an original composition? If not what are the original words?

Eitz Chaim, first recorded afaik on a Camp Kol Rina record, and subsequently on The Chevra (Sheya Mendlowitz production).

Ohr Chodosh vol. 1, on which Shmelkie's Niggun is featured, was first released in 1971. However, in Marvelous Middos 3, Shnookie Schapiro goes back in time to 1968, three years before Ohr Chodosh's release, and Shmelkie's Niggun is playing at a chasunah.

The song was popular in yeshiva and possibly on the wedding scene before the album was recorded, so it wouldn't have been impossible. I'm not sure when it was composed though.

Speaking of JEP, he used the song "Like an Ocean" from JEP vol. 1.

That was originally "Es Tzemach", on a Mark III Orchestra record.

Trivia question, inspired by Baruch Levine's album:

In the original version of "Dear Nikolai", off JEP vol. 1, the "letter" begins with a date. What is the date?
Speaking of jewish music trivia - reminds me of my first night in camp. Night activity was a music trivia thing - each bunk was supposed to write down their answers and at the end they'd see which bunk answered the most questions correctly. My bunk was mostly much more modern, out of town kids, who could probably sing the billboard hot 100, but not so much with jewish music, so I felt like I had to step up and give some correct answers. So I start telling my counselor answers to the ones I know, and he's just nodding, and quietly writing down answers. We get to the end and aside from the ones I didn't know, I got plenty others wrong too. But our bunk got every one right on the paper. Apparently, my counselor knew jewish music pretty well - which would be useful for him later in life, since it was Yaakov Shwekey.  ;D

ETA: He came to my bar mitzvah too, got a free live performance from Yaakov Shwekey! (prior to his debut as a feature artist)

Who did the Chazzanus in JEP's Mizmor Shir Chanukas HaBais?
The answer is Rabbi Berel Leiner
No, I don't have a smartphone. He was my Menahel in Mesivta. You just reminded me
Wait, what? He was my menahel in 9th grade before he switched to another mesivta. Have absolutely no memory of him having a singing voice.

Lol seriously? He was a well known vocalist on many albums. (And is Simcha Leiner's uncle ;) )

Trivia: The composer of this song only has 1 other recorded composition which is a very famous song. Who is he and what is the song?

The Baruch learns series is almost all other people's compositions.
Incidentally, my daughter was listening to 613 Torah Ave, and I noticed that "Mr. Light-Pole" sounded a lot like Tzvi the Grocer.

Although there's no mention on the jacket, a quick google search confirmed that R' Shmuel Kunda did the voices.

Only the first ones, and only the voices. I don't think any of the material is his.

Yes, but those are both Shmuel Kunda branded albums, but I never knew that He did the voices for 613 torah ave. That was a chiddush to me.

Correct, although he does seem to copy their style in the Baruch learns series.
