If you provide me the list of verses I'll fill in the origins. ;)
Most are really easy, as they are from classic Journeys songs. I bolded a few that I consider a bit more challenging. (Feel free to only identify the bolded ones, as the others I assume everyone knows.) I also italicized the one I believe to be the most obscure one, which I would be surprised if more than one or two people will be able to identify ("the boy is a saint but rich he sure")

what will become with all the memories are they
cause the shadchan said this time it would be
we were sent down on this earth in
what you hear are sounds of joy congratulations
it seems like for so very long you’ve always
and now we remain with our
little kite tell me for I cannot
now you know what it takes to
now I think I’ve come up with the answer and I hope
we danced round and round in circles as if
what you’re looking for is right there
by asking one small question it wont
that’s why Hashem gave us two lips to
and I vowed I would keep it for
but not you dear friend you know just what
and the third one is
the boy is a saint but rich he sure
in a roadside grave she was
it takes a special talent it’s not
say a special blessing on a
from evening until morning filling up
will this long bitter exile soon come to
no more do I search my precious
just stay calm and cool don’t let your
but we the nation of Hashem sail
they cry and they kvetch they holler
all it takes is one small tear one small
it seems to happen in each generation something only
and if you listen with your heart you may just
it might be the next station you’ll be there
doing all the things that brothers
he made the sun he made the moon lightning flash and
hiding in the shadows of a
and by the way for the next few weeks
so why does everybody make so much fun
it was a day of great celebration
in time we’ll know why

Is no creativity at all allowed? When a different artist reproduces a song they have every right to modify it to their interpretation of it.

Let me assure you that the target of any depreciation here is not the guy who said wounds are instead of wound is, but the guy who more than 2 years later remembers he once mentioned MBD slightly changing a lyric.

Did anyone ever notice the mistake in the chorus of the song "One Word"?

What’s your dream CD? If you were a producer, what collaboration would you love to see?

Not necessarily a collaboration, but I'd love to hear Yitzy Waldner sing his greatest compositions (including unreleased ones).

Yitzy Waldner's voice is amazing. His harmonies are to die for.

You're right that that's what he's referred to in Shas 'וכו but that's not how the song goes 🤷

Oh, I thought you were just referring to the remake.

ETA: I haven't listened to the remake so many times.

In the remake, IIRC they only do the stanza of Rabbi Akiva.

What’s your dream CD? If you were a producer, what collaboration would you love to see?

Here are mine:
•   The best of Journeys translated into Hebrew, sung by Abie Rotenberg and guest vocalists.

•   A collection of old Avraham Fried songs sung again by Avraham Fried. His voice got so much greater over the years that it would be a whole new experience relistening to old Fried song with the new Fried voice.

Years ago a friend of my sister actually translated some (all?) of the Journeys songs into hebrew, at performance level, I think.

Don't think anything was ever done with it...

Was that for an RCCS production? I vaguely remember something they made for women?

Not sure. This was ~20 years ago, I was eating a shabbos meal in E"Y by them, and it came up in conversation.
