Basically, Chaikel and AsherO were anointed Global Moderators by the great Dan.
While many of DDF'ers are happy for them, most of them are jealous and would like to be Mods themselves.

What is the difference between a Mod and a regular user? Why are so many DDF'ers jealous?
Well, it is confirmed at this point that becoming a Mod grants you the ability to request from Dan to change the color of your stars and name.

If your looking for nice complenting colors, 451731 vs 17452C or for a bit darker 331124 vs 113321 goes well. One color for You and the other color for the mods.

Don't the stars get the point across?

I think changing the color, especially the ones that have been selected, is both distracting and unnecessary.

no. Meant to write something. Lol. Got distracted wit the kid.  I meant to say... unique slow it down a bit, very aggressive esp at bigger more well respected ppl (NOT me) its like starting up with AsherO..., why?!

And i think the changing if the colored stars is just perfect. Subtle yet impressionable.  Unique seems like he walks around with his hands holding to his Gucci belt type guy...while ajk will just wear a custom made suit with no tags

Wasn't messing with AsherO; defending him.

And I forgot that I even had a Gucci belt until you reminded me, so def. I'm not that type of guy
